I can provide training and support across all sections of the whisky making process. From new distillate, maturation, product quality, cask selection, maturation and cask finishing.

In-depth knowledge of the cask market, the global cask and cooperage supply base and their capabilities, the cask maturation process and its impact on flavour development.
Expertise in procurement and utilisation of casks.

Inventory management
Knowledge and capability relating to Inventory Management, including, forecasting, short and long-term planning, stock laydown, warehouse utilisation, stock allocation, formula management and commercial trading, at a strategic and tactical level.

Brand representation
I’m an experienced communicator and presenter with vast experience in representing Scotch whiskies with consumers, industry experts and journalists worldwide. I have visited many countries all over the world in Europe, Japan, China, USA, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Mexico, and many more.
